Living at Stobäusplatz, Regensburg

Stobäusplatz is in the immediate vicinity of the historic old town of Regensburg, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In the spirit of urban repair, the fallow land was developed as an urban quarter, ie individually legible houses were built according to their function.

Three residential buildings with businesses on the ground floor are planned on the western side of the triangular site facing the old town. Two hotels will be built on the eastern Weißenburgstrasse. The corners of the block are emphasized in terms of urban development by a staggered height, and two squares are spatially defined in the north-west and south-east.

115 apartments of different typology spread over five floors.
