Börnsen retirement home

The property is on the edge of the municipality of Amt Hohe Elbgeest in the district of Börnsen. In the immediate vicinity is a care facility with 80 beds, and a medical center is being planned. To the south, the view opens up over a wide field landscape.

A facility for elderly care is planned with around 124 units for care, special care and assisted living, spread over three floors plus the attic.
The U-shaped building, which is organized around a garden courtyard, accommodates care units with single, multi-bed and special care rooms. These are combined into residential groups of 15 rooms each, each with its own communal living area. The canteen kitchen, administration and all other common areas are located on the ground floor.
