Design competition 2019, Award: 2nd prize

The Collini Center will become the Collini Quarter, a vibrant, urban district for approximately 2000 residents, characterized by a strong connection to the Neckar River.

The concept is understood as a continuation of contemporary European urban planning with the elements of house, street and square and the clear separation of public and non-public spaces.
The planned mixed use of living, working and leisure will create an urban and vibrant city district that will also have positive effects on the neighborhood.
