Villa in Grunewald, Berlin

This representative villa with underground car park was built in Berlin-Grunewald in the years 2012-2014.

 

The architecture is a modern interpretation of classic stylistic elements and tectonics, whose formal gesture convincingly combines representation and rationalism.

On the ground floor, the living room, library, kitchen and dining room are grouped around a centrally located, spacious staircase.

All other private rooms as well as rooms for guests and staff are located on the two upper floors.
