Berlin TV Tower, renovation of restaurant and kitchen

For the new SPHERE restaurant by the well-known Berlin star chef Tim Raue, located on level 207 of the TV tower, the kitchen and restaurant were renovated to a corresponding standard in collaboration with Uli Seher (BRS Architectes ingénieurs Paris Cologne) and DIA Dittel Architekten.

The main focus was on the renovation of the kitchen and ancillary rooms, as well as the upgrading of the technology and fire protection.

The main challenge was organizing the construction site at a height of over 200 meters.
