Sky View high-rise building, Dusseldorf

This striking office tower forms the western end of a future inner-city residential area between Grashofstrasse and Mercedesstrasse. The 4-storey base of the tower encloses a south-facing town square with a high quality of stay. With a total height of over 100 meters and a filigree facade made of glass and metal, this building sets a significant urban landmark and offers 28 floors of modern and flexibly usable office space.
