Rousseau Park, Ludwigsfelde

For the city of Ludwigsfelde, located south of Berlin between Potsdam and Schönefeld, we are developing the new "Rousseau Park" settlement together with Callidus GmbH and the city of Ludwigsfelde.

A district center is being created with two to three-storey buildings for residential and commercial use, which are based on both the density and the style of the regional Brandenburg building tradition.

In addition to the attractive location, the residential area is particularly interesting due to the newly established infrastructure, such as shops for daily local supplies, a pharmacy and a daycare center.

Particular attention is paid to the preservation of the surrounding nature and the use of sustainable materials.
