RE:O – Transformation of an office complex into an urban mixed-use development

The RE:O project transforms a large-scale existing building complex into a modern, mixed-use building with contemporary usage structures. The upper floors will offer approximately 60,000 m² of flexible office space with varying fit-out standards.

The complex is complemented by two hotels with a total of 521 rooms. The central entrance hall forms the architectural heart of the project and provides access to publicly accessible amenities on the ground floor: restaurants, a café, a fitness center, a daycare facility, local shops, and meeting rooms. The new urban design is clearly oriented towards the public space and creates a robust, future-proof structure for working, relaxing, and socializing within the urban context.
