MBVD, Berlin-Adlershof
The successful development of the Berlin-Adlershof area into a science and business location with a supra-regional, positive external perception makes it attractive for companies to settle there.

The ideal location between the city center and Berlin-Brandenburg International Airport (BBI) with its excellent transport connections for private and public transport also contributes to this. This is how the planning for an administration building of a large commercial enterprise came about.

The administration building is accessed via a representative square on Wagner-Régeny-Straße. The 5-storey building follows the course of the street with its outer edges and forms two green courtyards on the inside. Due to the orientation to the inner courtyards, all six vertical access zones are illuminated and ventilated.

On the ground floor are the glazed exhibition rooms with arcades in front on the sides of the street. Offices are planned on 4 floors on the upper floors.
