The consolidation of MB France's administration and financial services at a new location near Paris necessitated a new building and relocation.
As part of tenant support and advice, the property planning and contract negotiations were accompanied, in particular solutions were developed for the facade design, development and overarching areas on the ground floor such as the lobby and restaurant.
An “Académie” was integrated into the overall concept for the training and education of regional representatives.
The organization of the building and the staff scheduling were developed in collaboration with the users, project manager, and interior designer. Various options were tested in 3D simulations, and the construction implementation was monitored.
