Hotel Novotel, Regensburg

Two hotels will be built in the eastern half of the city quarter on Weißenburgstrasse. The corners of the block are emphasized in terms of urban development by a gradation in height, and two squares are spatially defined in the north-west and south-east by the drawn-in figure.

The facade of the Novotel is designed as an elaborate brick perforated facade in a light-colored stone. A brick arcade grows out of the dark base area, which further develops as a demarcation of the planted square higher up. A tree protected as a natural monument stands on the square.

124 high-quality hotel rooms will be built in the 4-star hotel on the upper floors. A restaurant with a lounge and a conference area with flexible meeting rooms are planned for the ground floor.

 

80 parking spaces are housed in a one-storey underground car park.
