Marina Quartier, Regensburg

In the east of Regensburg, not far from the city centre, this new city district with residential use and a hotel is planned.
 

Residential and hotel buildings will be constructed as one unit
formed, which are derived from each other in form and material and relate to each other. Nevertheless, hotel and residential buildings are clearly legible in their facade structure.
The northern part of the ensemble accommodates the hotel with spacious reception and lounge areas. The southern part with the associated tower is assigned to residential use. The desired mix of apartments of different sizes is demonstrated here.
 

The resulting superelevation accentuates an open space to the west, on which an architecturally designed water basin rounds off the concept of the outdoor space and invites you to linger.
