The project is located in Düsseldorf Oberkassel and involves the construction of a new business center with 80 rooms. It consists of a total of 7 full floors, including a basement.

The ground floor includes a representative lobby, a flexible area used for catering and conference operations, 3 smaller conference rooms, and the necessary ancillary areas (reception and back office) for the accommodation operation.

On the 1st to 5th floors, a total of 80 rooms are planned for use as a commercially oriented accommodation establishment.
