Ernst & Young Arnulfstrasse, Munich
Project partnership: Th. Louvieaux with GHU Architects Munich
In cooperation with GHU - Architekten from Munich, this office building was the first project of the French client ICADE on the German real estate market. That's why it should be a special building from the start. A house with maximum flexibility, the highest quality standard and ease of use, consistently following the guiding principle of sustainability. These efforts were rewarded in January 2011 by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) with a gold certificate.
The exterior facade is a precise geometric stacking of glass boxes that dictate the regular rhythm of the building, a sculptural design of clean lines, a three-dimensional chessboard of elegant proportions.
