Office building on Salzufer, Berlin
The office building is planned in the Charlottenburg district of Berlin, directly on the Spree river.
The creation of a large loggia open towards the Spree in the block structure of the building complex also allows the office spaces facing away from the Spree to have a view of the water and ensures an exclusive working environment.
The development concept with its 400m² units allows for all office types: cellular offices, combined offices, and open-plan spaces. This makes the new building attractive for both individual tenants and tenant groups.
The central functions, such as the staff restaurant with south-facing terrace, as well as divisible conference areas and a landscaped garden courtyard, are attached to the two-story entrance hall.
